Before founding her matchmaking practice, Talya built her career as a startup recruiter, partnering closely with founders and entrepreneurs to help them identify, attract, and secure exceptional talent.

In that world, success required more than matching résumés to roles - it meant understanding people at a nuanced level: their values, ambitions, communication styles, and long-term vision. Today, she brings that same level of insight and discernment to matchmaking.

Since 2015, Talya has successfully supported singles across Europe and the United States, guiding them toward compatible, meaningful partnerships. Her clients often include founders, entrepreneurs, and accomplished individuals who are intentional about how they live - and equally intentional about who they choose as a partner.
